研究方向
神经精神疾病(如物质成瘾、抑郁症等)已成为二十一世纪危害人类健康的最主要疾病之一。陆林实验室研究抑郁症和药物依赖的神经生物学和临床治疗学。采用动物研究(大鼠及小鼠)及人体研究(抑郁症患者,药物成瘾者)相结合的模式,综合运用分子生物学、药理学、电生理、分子遗传学、心理学及神经影像学手段,探索:
(1)抑郁症和药物依赖发病后的脑内突触可塑性改变;
(2)病理性记忆动态变化的分子生物学机制;
(3)抑郁症和药物依赖患者的心理、认知的变化规律及其干预手段。
