研究方向
致力于设计、合成和运用小分子开展化学生物学研究,探索和调控生命体系。针对具有生物活性的复杂有机小分子,具体的工作主要集中围绕两个方向展开:一是小分子的结构和活性的关系以及作用机理的研究;二是建立在对第一个问题深刻理解的基础上,更好地设计和制备满足我们的需要的新颖小分子。围绕着细胞骨架、激酶、G蛋白偶联受体、离子通道等热点药物靶点蛋白,我们重点研究具有高活性和特异性的天然产物小分子和药物分子,发展和应用有机化学的新反应、新方法、新策略实现高效的化学合成、结构修饰和性质优化,并通过广泛的合作来开发新的分子探针和工具,为突变体蛋白的选择性抑制、蛋白-蛋白相互作用的精细调控等挑战性难题提供新的视角。
