研究方向
来鲁华实验室主要利用物理化学、结构化学、计算和生物化学方法研究蛋白质及其参与的生命过程。试图揭示蛋白质序列、结构和功能的关系,探讨生物分子作用机理,开展蛋白质结构和功能设计,进行基于结构和基于系统的药物设计方法与应用研究。为了开展有针对性的生物分子设计,我们发展新的计算设计方法与程序,模拟生物分子机制及系统规律;同时注重计算与实验的密切结合,利用实验手段定量研究生物分子作用机制并进行蛋白质、药物和生物系统设计,试图提示生物系统运行的分子机制。
