研究方向:
现任北京大学生命科学学院助理教授、北大-清华生命科学联合中心研究员、博士生导师,获得国家海外高层次青年人才项目。张迪实验室研究细胞代谢的新调控机制,尤其是对染色质活动的调控新机制的探索,以及异常在肿瘤、免疫、代谢性疾病等生理和疾病中的作用。在该领域的贡献包括:首次鉴定出乳酸驱动的新型组蛋白修饰——赖氨酸乳酰化修饰;首次鉴定出酮体驱动的新型组蛋白修饰——赖氨酸 b-羟基丁酰化修饰。这些代谢物来源的新型组蛋白修饰的功能在于整合细胞代谢状态并调节基因转录以帮助细胞适应内外环境信号的刺激和变化。近五年来在Nature, Nature Genetics, Molecular Cell, Science Advances, Nature Communications, Nature Reviews Molecular Cell Biology等杂志发表多篇文章。
