摘 要:
We study superconducting-magnetic hybrid devices in which proximity and nanostructuration modify the properties of such devices. As an example, vortex lattice motion in superconductors can be driven in a controlled synchronized fashion by changing the underlying potential created by a periodic array. The interplay between the random intrinsic pinning of the superconducting films and the periodic pinning of the array governs the vortex lattice motion. A rectification effect in the vortex motion under zero net driven forces is observed when the underlying pinning potential is originated by pinning centers in an asymmetric configuration.
We also stydy the optoelectronic properties of two-dimensional materials such as graphene and molybdenum disulfide. By using nanofabrication techniques, we can integrate these two-dimensional materials in electronic devices to study their electrical and optical properties.
