研究方向
创新和发展单分子荧光成像、单细胞测序、生物信息分析等多学科交叉融合方法,研究临床复杂疾病致病机制,探索新的治疗方法。近年来研究重点关注:1)人体正常组织中存在的体细胞突变与肿瘤发生;2)循环肿瘤细胞与癌症多器官转移;3)单细胞精度解析儿童免疫疾病致病机制;4)抗生素杀菌原理和细菌耐药的分子机制。
