研究方向
我们课题组主要研究内质网、线粒体等重要膜细胞器的动态分布及互作相关的分子机制和功能研究。其中,作为细胞内最大的膜细胞器,内质网具备复杂多变的结构,在多种细胞关键生理过程中发挥主导作用,其功能异常与神经退行性疾病、癌症等人类疾病密切相关,但是目前对于内质网形态功能异常如何导致疾病发生的机理尚不清楚。同时,内质网与其他的膜细胞器,如线粒体、溶酶体存在广泛的互作,其相关的分子机制及生理功能也还有很多未知。我们以往的研究揭示了内质网蛋白解读微管密码从而决定细胞器分布,以及管状内质网特异响应DNA损伤进而介导细胞凋亡的机制。课题组将继续研究内质网等关键膜细胞器的形态调控机制,尤其是其在特定生理或病理条件下的动态变化与功能。具体方向主要有:
