研究方向:
实验室聚焦肿瘤免疫学,致力于使用前沿的生物信息学技术,深度结合数据挖掘与生物实验来解决肿瘤免疫学中的重要科学问题。探究肿瘤免疫调控机制与免疫细胞互作,揭示肿瘤免疫反应机理,旨在为临床免疫治疗成功率的提高提供新的靶向基因,为免疫调控基因的发现提供新的研究思路,为临床肿瘤用药提供新的方法。
我们正在开发多种算法和工具来整合分析高通量基因组学数据,包括 RNA-seq、WES、CRISPR筛选、单细胞测序、空间转录组学数据等。通过数据整合和算法开发,我们尝试对肿瘤发生、进展、药物反应和耐药性的特异性进行建模。当我们在数据分析中获得意想不到但有趣的结果时,我们会设计相应的实验进行验证和探索,以期了解潜在的调控机制。
我们实验室利用免疫学、分子细胞生物学等手段对免疫微环境中细胞的调控机制进行探究,我们涉及的方向有: 杀伤性CD4细胞,巨噬细胞,B细胞,NK细胞,高级别浆液性卵巢癌类器官,CRISPR筛选等。
