研究方向
黄岩谊课题组主要从事单细胞分析化学、微流控技术、高通量基因组测序技术的研究,并研发新型的生命分析化学仪器。他的研究团队通过融合生物技术、生物物理、计算机、分析化学等多个学科的技术进步,来实现对复杂生物体系的定量和高通量测量。在过去几年,黄岩谊课题组着重发展了纠错编码的新型 DNA 测序策略,提出了新的测序原理和提高测序原始准确率的新方法。同时,针对单细胞定量分析的新方法和新技术,包括在低拷贝数核酸检测上和在单细胞全基因组分析、全转录组分析和极少量细胞表观遗传组分析方面,实现了一系列重要技术突破。他们在集成微流控芯片、单细胞基因组分析技术与器件、单细胞定量化学成像分析方法方面的工作,可以很好地 将表现型和基因型及其动态调控很好的关联起来,在单细胞层次上对复杂体系进行多维度、高精度的测量分析,提供可靠数据并揭示功能相关性。
