研究方向
高等植物有性生殖包括雌雄配子体形成、雌雄配子体相互作用、受精以及胚胎发生发育等生物学过程,这些过程受到严格的遗传调控。我们以双子叶模式植物拟南芥(Arabidopsis thaliana)为研究对象,研究高等植物有性生殖过程的分子调控机理,主要通过遗传学、生物化学和分子生物学的方法研究参与高等植物有性生殖过程调控的三大类主要因子,一是参与生殖过程调控的受体类激酶、多肽信号及其介导的信号传导;二是参与生殖过程调控的蛋白质降解和/或内膜运输途径中的重要调控因子;三是鉴定参与生殖过程调控的转录因子基因的功能。此外,我们还关注单子叶植物水稻中新的转基因技术的开发与完善。
