宋晨研究组从事计算生物物理化学研究:运用多尺度计算模拟,研究离子通道等膜蛋白的微观功能机理,定量理解跨膜信号转导和物质转运过程;利用深度学习等方法,对膜蛋白的性质、结构和功能进行预测;探索膜蛋白的设计与改造等。
