研究方向：白凡实验室致力于创新和应用单细胞、单分子技术，探索生物医学前沿交叉领域，关注癌症发生、基因突变和转移机制，关注细菌致病和抗生素耐药的分子机制。已在Science（2篇），Nature，Cell（2篇），Cancer Cell，Nature Immunology，Molecular Cell（2篇）等著名学术期刊发表论文100余篇，曾获得中组部“青年海外高层次人才”计划，基金委优秀青年基金（2017），杰出青年基金（2021）。以课题负责人多次获得科技部863计划、“精准医学”重点研发计划、科技重大专项资助，获得国家科技进步二等奖，中国细胞生物学学会-青年科学家奖，树兰医学青年奖，中源协和创新突破奖。研究成果获Cell杂志社2019年中国年度论文，获2019年中国临床医学十大进展。
