研究方向:
研究组建立和开发组学实验新技术,与学科交叉的实验室合作,研究细胞命运调控。采用高通量实验技术和计算方法相结合的手段,系统开展了细胞命运调控的三维基因组与多组学研究。发现了加速干细胞重编程和治疗难治性肿瘤的新靶点,为三维基因组学发展了新技术,为染色质高级结构参与细胞命运调控研究开拓了新视角。
